NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE
TO TRADE ELECTRICITY / ISAZISO SOKUFAKA ISICELO SELAYISENSE YOKUHWEBA NGOGESI
SPRINGS GAUTENG

In terms of Section 11 of the Electricity Regulation Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006); CBI Electric Apollo (Pty) Ltd hereby notifies all residents in the Springs, Gauteng area that a trading license application has been lodged with the National Energy Regulator (NERSA) to operate as a Trader in electricity, subject to the approval of the Energy Regulator, this trading activities will be established in across South Africa, with the first Independent Power Producers (IPP’s) being based in Springs, Johannesburg, Gauteng and the off-taker situated in Hammarsdale, Mpumalanga, KwaZulu-Natal.
The licence application is available for inspection at the SPRINGS PUBLIC LIBRARY (55 5th Street, Springs New, Springs), telephone number (011) 999-8814, head Librarian Ms Tebogo Kekana.
All interested parties and/or any member of the public may lodge written objections with NERSA, within 30 days from the date of this publication. Such objections must be in a form of an affidavit and must be directed to NERSA through any of the addresses below:
